  • How many sick days do you allow each employee before you stop paying them for not being here?
  • Does your insurance cover sex-change operations?
  • Does your internet access have a firewall that blocks porno sites?
  • How frequently do your accountants audit petty cash?

  • I asked a prospective employee the question "If you could be any kitchen utensil what would you be and why?"

    After some thought the young man replied "I would be the light on the ceiling".

    I said "Alright, that's not a utensil, but please, do tell me why?"

    He responded "Because I wouldn't have to do much, but you couldn't do without me." Classic!

    First, you can't do jokes anymore, people are way too serious for that.

    Second, I'm sure that somewhere at some time, every one of those questions has been asked on a job interview.
