The contest is open to individuals who posted their resumes on Resumark.com. No Purchase is necessary.

Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on March 2, 2009. First round of the contest ends when each of the 3 (three) winners gets 30 (thirty) friends to join Resumark.com and upload their resumes. Second round of the contest ends when first person gets 100 (one hundred) friends to join Resumark.com and upload their resumes. First round winners are eligible to participate in the second round. For the duration of the contest all participating accounts, including friend's accounts, must be active with resumes attached. Resumark, Inc. reserves the right to end the contest at any time without prior notice or warning.

There is only one way to enter the contest online by going to "Invite Friends" link under "My Account", which is available to registered users only, and submitting the invitation to as many friends as possible.

To prevent spam, Resumark, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of invitations that can be submitted within certain period of time. The invitation should not be sent to anyone who is not personally known. Only one account per person is allowed. Violators will be disqualified.

Should anyone be in violation of these rules, please write to info [at] Resumark.com to request the removal of the entry. Such requests will be honored within 2 business days.

In the event of a tie, the entry that was first to fulfil the contest requirements wins.

Resumark, Inc. reserves the right to deny or remove any invitation or any registration at any time and for any reason.

The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada as of the time of contest entry and who have an email account as of the time of contest entry. The following promotion is intended for viewing in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (the "Eligibility Area") only. Do not proceed further in this site or these materials if you are not located in the Eligibility Area.

Contest subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited.

Sponsor of this Contest is Resumark, Inc. Employees of Resumark, Inc. and their advertising agencies, affiliates, and/or promotional partners and members of their immediate families together with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to enter or win.

There will be four (4) prizes awarded in this contest. The Prize winners will receive an American Express gift card in the following amounts: $100, $50, $25, and $500. The total value of the Prize is not to exceed $600.

Winners will be notified by email and telephone. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of the date appearing on the prize notification, or fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry online, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Winners may be required to provide evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incompletely received, mutilated, or illegible, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Resumark, Inc.’s website or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Resumark, Inc. Resumark, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired or if the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by causes beyond the control of the Resumark, Inc.

Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent and agreement to use winner's name, photo and video and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation during and after the contest period, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to release Resumark, Inc., its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release (where permitted by law), and/or a liability release, which must be signed and returned within 3 days of the date on the prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. By entering and/or by accepting the prize, you agree (where permitted by law) to use of your name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation.

No substitution of prize, including cash substitutions, except by Resumark, Inc. in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the Prize may not be exchanged.

You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, hidden code, worms, trojan horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

Resumark, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or who violates these official rules. Caution: any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification of such entrant. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

All entries become the property of Resumark, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Resumark, Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, misdirected, or late entries.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Lake County in the State of Illinois. The formation, interpretation and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to agreements made and to be performed by Illinois residents entirely within the State of Illinois without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorney's fees; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
