• Quarterly special allocations : vacation, severance,Income Tax, Options, Cost of Goods
Solds, Fixed assets depreciation,Differed income, Accrued expences.
• Daily reporting to forerign Finance Managers and monthly BOD reports.
• Customers – Managing credit riskssecurities, determine client’s credit line and
checking client contractual obligations,collecting debits and provision for doubtful
accounts.
• Suppliers – check the invoices & payments, analysis of accounting suppliers balance.
• Inventory – manufacture reports, inventory evaluation.
• HR review employments agreements and adjust to local regulation. Developing benefit method, bonus
calculation, productivity reports.
• Setup of accounting system Priority, working on dual languages and multi currency
system.
• Managing Director acting as second signatory on payment instructions for clients.
• Corporate Secretarial Administration reporting to the Registrar of Companies on every
change of the company’s basic data.e.g.change of executiive or change of the bussiness
name.Keeping corporate documents e.g. Incorporation documents or Memorandum of
