      post, filing, in addition to deputising for the P.A. in her absence.

POSITION/DUTIES: Secretary/ Receptionist.  My job included being a fulltime typist

      using Word , operating a Kinsman Switchboard and dealing with

      incoming/outgoing faxes.  Meeting visitors, booking them into

      reception, also dealing with foreign clients.  I also had to maintain a

      log of people’s movements with the company for security reasons.

      Dealing with the post.  Ordering goods from suppliers, typing letters,

      filing and general office administration.
