Dear Hiring Manager:
I am pursuing employment as an administrative or office assistant. I am looking for short or long term
employment with an established real estate or other salesbased company in the Bergen area. I am a
nd year college student from America taking a break from my studies to be with my fianc‰ here in Bergen.
My office administration career began in Chicago in at the age of . I managed a real estate office
on the weekends while in high school. The following summer I was promoted to full time administrative
assistant when two Prudential offices merged. I stayed with Prudential until I started university the following
fall. During this period I helped setup and organize the new joint office and combine the two offices’
inventory of over listings. It was a staggering endeavor which was pulled off seamlessly. The following
winter I worked for Horizon Reality Group in a rental property of over units. It was here I became
experienced with leasing as I assisted the property manager in a high turnover rental building. I performed
showings to prospective clients and executed lease signing with new tenants, in addition to typical office
administrative duties.
In addition to being extremely multitasked, I possess a strong work ethic and live and work by the golden rule. Exceptional customer
service is second nature to me. I am easy to work with and know how to be a team player.
