Contribute to general office operations through identifying areas for improvement and referring
recommendations to the appropriate heads of support
Contribute to regular monthly management team meetings, whether in person or through
VC to ensure appropriate flow of information both ways
Provide high level support to general office services, for example:
Organising stationery supplies whether supplied locally or firm stationery
Organising new joiner arrangements in line with requirements e.g. arranging
temporary accommodation and flights where appropriate, coordination of desk
allocation arrangements
Identify issues arising with office equipment supply and maintenance, resolving day to
day issues that arise and escalating issues where appropriate
Contribute to the smooth running of the reception by effectively managing day to
day issues that are referred by the receptionist,
