Duties and Responsibilities in the field of HR:
To coordinate in prerecruitment
activities, i.e. advertise in newspaper and on Internet, collect cvs,
prepare summary of cvs, short listing of cvs, make calls for interviews,
record database, conducting initial interviews, prepare comparison of
short listed candidates, arrange interviews with respective Heads /
