Receptionist: Managing directors Office
• To provide receptionist services to Standard Bank Namibia th Floor reception and when
required provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director’s Personal
Assistant, Head of Credit and Head of Risk Serves as the first point of contact to all
visitors coming through reception th Floor of Standard Bank Namibia setting a tone of
professionalism, and providing the support to visitors and the host in coordinating all
visits. Diary management and coordination of boardroom bookings and effective time
management for boardroom usage – Kunene & Okavango
• Screening telephone calls/visitors to determine the relevance of the call/visit and, if
possible, address the query by referring or locating the host
• Coordinate multiple meetings with thorough knowledge of facilities available and their
related procedures
• Take action where necessary within the scope of assigned authority regarding
documentation and mail/email
• Decision making within the scope of the job. Stationary administration and courier
services
Flight arrangements, hotel bookings, itineraries and transport through the travel desk for
the Head of Credit and Head of Risk
