Drinks and Desserts Andean Marketing Manager

Responsible for the sales and earnings of the categories Drinks and Desserts in the Andean Region, this includes Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia with annual net sales of approximately millions of dollars. In I was responsible to reverted the decrease of the drink business and of generating a growth of % in the dessert business.

In charge of planning and controlling the expenses and investments in the categories and to identify opportunities of margins improvements. For the I was responsible for the growth of the margin of the dessert business in a % through the implementation of initiatives of cost reduction in packing.
