| |happened strictly within the legal framework of the labor laws. |

| |After a difficult start due to the passive approach of the staff towards |
| |change things moved forward quickly. Sales increased by % in one year |
| |and travel agencies were lining up to be accredited by us. |
| |Security staff was hired by the new security company. Cost for security |
