o Provide technical integrity, risk identification/assessment, and program management
analysis of proposals and ROMs relating to Mission Systems & Software for Independent
NonAdvocate Reviews, Aeronautics Technical Assessment Reviews, and Wall Walks
across all Aero programs. Performed business case analyses and technical integrity
evaluations of problematic proposals and ROMs for Engineering VP. Performed planning,
SME assignment and tasking, and coordination of activities with proposal team for
successful F Peace Vector VII proposal INAR chaired by MS&S Director and co
chaired by LM Corporate representative. Derived nearterm and longterm strategies to
support business development goals.
> Management Use of Data Process team: Instrumental in the development of Manage Risks,
Issues, and Opportunities process development and documentation. Horizontal integration with
other Earned Value process areas development and documentation; examined LM Corporate
Program Performance Management Process, LM Aero Program Performance Management
Directive, LM Corporate CAM course, and the F, F and F Program Performance
Management Directives to identify changes required for compliance with new Management Use
of Data processes.
> Training Development team: Examined Organize the Program, Baseline the Program, and
Management Use of Data process flows and work instructions. Identified several dozen problems
and inconsistencies related to process flow logic, roles and responsibilities, and work instruction
content. Contributed to development of training materials for the CAM EV Implementation Lab

> LM Aero CAM Training: Received a score of .% on the Phase II Written Exam. Not
only passed but did exceptionally well on Phase III Oral Exam, after which one auditor told me
“You smoked it”. Rated “STRONG CAM” by the audit team.
> Provided extensive CAM tutoring to an F S/W CAM to help prepare for his Phase III Oral
Exam, resulting in his passing the exam and receiving an “Above Average” rating by the audit

Systems and SW Director to pass PMP exam.
> Extensively documented lessons learned, study aids and tools, as well as strategies for preparing
for and taking the PMP exam to develop the LM Aero “Introduction to the PMP” course, which
was successfully piloted in Fort Worth FW, and deployed in FW and Marietta. Created
additional cost / schedule EV practice problems and documented their solutions for the students.
