  • Brought urgently into organisation to accelerate delayed completion and opening of first European VCC owned flagship retailing and workshop facility – at the time the largest and most expensive facility of its kind in Poland
  • Responsible for recruitment and training of more than open minded personnel to support planned Break Through Performance within a premium automotive brand
  • The facility was primarily a “laboratory” for PAG and VCC New Retailing and Workshop Concepts – turning collective ideas from Detroit and Brussels offices into action with measurables, controls, reviews and check mechanism developed through Balanced Scorecards and KPI’s which needed to be cascaded through the organisation numerous layered sessions of wallpapering yellow postit notes
  • Needed to demonstrate consistent hands on  degree communication skills during development of an unprecedented New Retailing Concepts facility
  • Achieved % increase in new car sales in Warsaw during first full year – without weakening performance of remaining independent Volvo dealerships who felt vulnerable and threatened and initially behaved accordingly
