  • As Director of Sales and Marketing for the Commercial/Fleet Department took sales from an average of ten units per month to over one hundred units per month. Hired, trained and mentored all sales and finance personnel for this department, while mapping out a “Take No Prisoners” advertising program.  Also increased profits by over % and became the highest gross profit department in frontend sales.
