From Aug Nov .I joined Final Trucks Centre, as a Workshop Team Leader
whereby I lead, direct, and mentor technicians engaged in maintaining a fleet of vehicles. I
managed all vehicle maintenance activities and fleet management programs and processes.
Activities included inspections, diagnostics, repairs, modifications, refinishing, and data
collections for the most diverse fleets. Programs included analysis, quality assurance, training,
material control, safety, and environmental. I ensured adequate manpower, tools, equipment, spare
parts, and work spaces were available. Establish production goals, quality controls, standard
operating instructions, and selfinspection programs. Recognize and resolve technical and
personnel problems/issues and if required, setup referrals with other agencies. Brief leaders at all
levels on vehicle status’ and mission capabilities as the senior advisor.
Currently am working with Automotive Management Services as a Vehicle Maintenance
Manager/Supervisor whereby I lead and supervise mechanics/technicians in the inspection,
modification, servicing, and repair of vehicles assigned to different units. Establish work priorities
and monitor the progress of special purpose and general purpose vehicle repairs accomplished by
two vehicle service teams. Inspect completed maintenance repairs for adherence to established
standards and evaluate team performance. Analyze statistical data to ensure timely and cost
effective maintenance is being performed. Enforce compliance with all safety and environmental
standards, policies, and directives. Review and enforce training requirements and conduct onthe
job training program through nonotice evaluations. Oversee paint and body repair operations
conducting corrosion control repairs on vehicles.
