• Handing customer complaints and resolving within agreed period in coordination with QA

• Day to day coordination and meetings with Operations, Finance PPC, Materials and Sales
Teams to organize right product mix and adherence to schedules.
• Monitoring receipts at Customer end on day to day basis.
• Understanding the customer needs by regularly updating on Stock position at customer
• Day to day interaction with customer for any schedule changes and correction.
