order to ensure effective office support services.
• Keep effective correspondences flow through choosing the suitable courier service provider in
order to ensure that all correspondences are sent or received in time.
• Monitor administration expenses and avoid any deviations.
• Setting company Layout Plan.
• Responsible for activating a complete Emergency & health & safety plan.
• Signing exclusivity & corporate agreements with professional vendors & services suppliers.
