I have worked in various roles in the retail Banking Industry in India. During my tenure with the
Banks I have attended several inhouse training programmes on Computer Technology and
Applications, Service Quality for customers, Security of Operations in Branches which included
control measures to prevent frauds and losses.
I was actively involved in collating information from various departments of the bank to be
presented to a team of professionals who were in the process of reengineering certain key areas
of the Standard Chartered Bank. I have working knowledge of Windows XP Professional
including MS Office Word and Excel, ’. I have trained juniors in Risk Management,
Technology in Banking, and Banking Laws and Practices.
