Department is responsible in providing back office support to front line units centering on credit risk
rating/account profitability analysis and evaluation, property/asset appraisal, and credit investigation
chores. Ensure strict adherence to existing credit policies and procedures of the Bank and initiate
changes, if necessary, in the policies and procedures dependent on the prevailing economic and
political environment of the country. Oversee daytoday operations of the department. Supervision
over seventy five personnel composed of six officers and forty two staff personnel

head office and thirty one credit investigators / appraisers stationed in strategic provincial bank
locations/branches.

Committee meets once a week to deliberate and approve proposals submitted by the business
centers of the Bank covering establishment, extensions, renewals, and restructuring of credit and other
facilities. It further evaluates proposals for elevation to the Executive Committee and the Board of
Directors. The Committee is chaired and cochaired by the Bank’s Chairman and Vice Chairman
respectively and counts among its members; the President, Senior Executive Vice Presidents,
Executive Vice Presidents and the heads of the business centers and support groups of the Bank.

Member – Asset Management Committee ASCOM
Committee meets once a week to deliberate and evaluate proposals submitted by the business / profit
