• Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly & yearly Reporting on behalf of Group
Level like: FE, Fresh Deposit, Loan write off, Fixed Industrial Investment,
Capital Financing, Seasonal Financing etc.
• Provide technical expertise on issues relating to reporting & give suggestions to
branches/offices in improving their working to meet SBP deadlines to avoid
• Liaison with corporate branches all over the country for preparation of
advances and operations Reports.
• Maintaining GL Accounts Handling for includes Marketing/backoffice & GH
Office. Stationery, Entertainment, Conveyance, Traveling, Miscellaneous,
Medical Expenses, Staff Salary Accounts.
• Monthly Turnover of Vouchers are with a volume of Rs.M approx.
• Maintaining Cash Book/General Ledger Register
• Preparing Branch Monthly excess over limit expenses for competent authority
• Cash Payments to Marketing Platform of WBG on various expenses such as:
Entertainment, Conveyance, Miscellaneous and Traveling.
• Reconciliation of GL Entries.
