    Key Responsibilities 

    In this role, my key responsibility was to manage the overall banking operations of the branch; Was singly responsible for managing Kotagala Banking Centre, a separate Branch which came under my purview; Ensure that all policies and procedures of the bank in terms of lending and credits are strictly adhered to; In complete charge of business promotions and day to day administrative activities including managing HR related activities for the branch.
