I have setup the Advisory Platform for the company and head the same. Direct reporting to the CEO. The Advisory Platform is a revenue generating platform, but is based on a long term AUM based model rather than the traditional transaction based model. Regular monitoring, reviewing and tracking of "need based financial plans". Regular monitoring and tracking of "transactions". Recruit, mentor, train and motivate the "financial advisors" on an ongoing basis. Conceptualise and implement monthly customer engagement campaigns. e.g., I first prepared the content for the campaign and then arranged for some AMC&;s to partner us on this critical activity. The entire cost for this cobrand campaign was born by India&;s top two AMC&;s. Assist the company in conceptualising and implementing customer acquisition campaigns. e.g., I first designed and prepared an EDM electronic direct mailer and then successfully implemented a bulk email campaign which was ably supported by software that helps in tracking the effectiveness of the campaign. Central contact point for the financial planning software, CRM & other enhancements.
Regular monitoring and tracking of all investments on a daily basis and reconciling them
with CAMS/ Karvy data feeds. Interacting with AMC&;s for a customised brokerage structure, training modules for advisors etc. At FinEdge Advisory, we firmly believe that our "financial advisors" are the backbone of the company and have planned to get all advisors CFP certified by March .

Notable Achievements: Designed and setup the Singapore remote wealth management referral process. Designed and set up a new process for wealth management referrals from Saudi & Kuwait. This was a tripping model, where the home RM was based in Bahrain. Designed and set up a new process for PMS referrals from NRI customers based in ME. Post the new SEBI circular on "entry load", I designed and set up a new process for Indian wealth management referrals for our RMs based in ME.
