• Oversee that the Business Network of Commercial Banking Retail
and Business functioned in accordance with the model designed by
headquarters “Modelo Esquemas Gesti–n y Direcci–n”.
• Member of “Modelo Esquemas Gesti–n y Direcci–n” Implementation
Group of BBVA Mexico, Argentina, Peru
• Responsible of the development of projects that impacts the service
and productivity of Business Network clients: VIP, Clients
Segmentation individuals and business sectors and CRM tools.
• Assume direction and maintenance of Market Investigations, including
updating data of competitive industry, whether internal or external.
• Maintained evaluation of the Business Network vs. the objective Market;
identification and evaluation of possible expansion zones or relocations, as
well as closures of existing branches with negative indicators of
profitability or activity.
• Responsible for the capability of the sales force structure in the Business
• Participate together with the Structure and Process area in the definition of
the duties for the different job positions that compose the sales force,
according to the established guidelines provided by “Grupo BBVA” for
JAN “Jefe Apoyo del Negocio” Mayaguez, P.R.
• Support the “Director Unidad de Gesti–n” all matters related to the
consecution of goals and tasks assigned to the branches that
compose the Southwest Region. Also coordinate all matters with the
support units and with the commercial area committee.
