    Responsible for StaphVAX® Staphylococcus aureus polysaccharide conjugate vaccine preclinical efficacy studies including design, development, performance, analysis and oversight of in vivo studies; such as immunocompromised diabetic model, cytotoxicity models, wound and soft tissue infection models and in vitro assay development for evaluating NicVAX® Smoking cessation vaccine immunological responses.

    Most recent scientific studies includes establishment of broader efficacy of StaphVAX® among different clinical settings, strategies to enhance efficacy and proofofconcept studies supporting the use of multi targeted PentaStaph capsular and toxoid combination vaccine against newly emerging communityacquired methicillin resistant S. aureus CAMRSA virulent strains. 

    Coauthored modules . and . of common technical document CTD in support of StaphVAX® European market authorization and authored preclinical sections of investigational new drug IND applications for the use of S. aureus rEPA, S. epidermidis PSrEPA, alphatoxoid and Leukocidin Sunit based vaccines in humans. In addition, authored report summaries and filed novel patent applications. 

    Management and supervision experiences include project revival, staffing, training, supervision, performing annual reviews and oversight of various research projects. Other experiences include domestic and international collaborations with institutions, corporations and academic centers for technology transfer, biological reagent exchanges and onsite training.
