Responsible for building and enhancing process and
standard guidelines for the software development life cycle
for the software development department inside the
Responsible for ensuring the compliance of the projects
implementation within the standards and providing business
and management consultations to ensure better deliverables
for the client
Responsible for training the Quality Assurance team in the
department in terms of auditing the implementing of the
process workstream & activities through the SDLC for all
the internal projects in the company.
Responsible for analyzing the auditing data to be used as an
input for the process enhancements’ sub projects and to be
aware of any bottle necks in the process.
