  • A strategic plan to outsource the Ecommerce, Catalog and Direct TV businesses which resulted in operating in a wholesale and licensing model with guaranteed and royalty based revenue sharing with no inventory risk
  • A significantly condensed divisional P&L revenue and cost center structure to conform with company wide initiatives which improved financial reporting, forecasting and comprehension in preparation of becoming a publicly traded company and new SEC filing requirements
  • A robust P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting system which provided detailed and consolidated divisional statement comparisons of current and prior year actual vs. current year plan
