  • Managing Office Administration, providing Administrative Management to support staff of Departments and General Director.
  • Communicating and Dealing with up to clients in design consultancy project annually.
  • Managing Contract Administration Function for up to projects annually, with highest value of individual contracts worth million US Dollard.
  •  

    Marketing/ Administrative Management

  • Managing office administration, working directly with General Director, and providing Administrative Management to support: Marketing Department, Accounting Department, Interior Design Department, and Architecture Design Department.
  • Producing, and/or editing executive correspondence including reports, minutes of meetings, transmittal notes, letters, etc.
  • Providing executive wordprocessing, utilizing MS Word and Excel to produce proposals, contracts, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
  • Controlling and managing documents and record of projects and clients including personnel portfolios, Clients, Contractors, Suppliers Portfolios.
  •  

    Customer Relations/ Negotiation

  • Communicating and developing good relationship with clients. Acting like a point contactor between clients, designers, contractors, suppliers.
  • Maintaining computer database of customer accounts.
  • Negotiating with client on Project’s fee, and preparing Contract.
  •  

    Contract Administration/ Project Documentation

  • Preparing Project’s Proposal Fee and Contract for projects worth up to billion US Dollard annually.
  • Maintaining documentation for projects include but not limited to proposal, contract, payment claim, correspondence, report, etc.
  •  
     

    Other Skills & Abilities 

  • Working directly with General Director, Staff of Departments to serve up to clients required strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Coordinating with other staff to act as a team member, as well as working independently mostly % of the time to complete projects on time.
  • Utilizing professionally Computerized Office Application including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project to controlling document and records, as well as managing projects.
  • Fluently using English, understanding deeply, and communicating excellently in technical, commercial, and constructional knowledge.
  • Obtaining one Intermediate Level Certificate of Business English Learning, one Distinction Diploma of Marketing Learning English
  • Having basic level of Italian and French languages.
