|river crossing. i.e. this was done on a contract basis |

|Logistics and supply optimized to serve operational needs |

|Provide support to the Stores keeper: |
|Conduct routine Stock inventory /assets verification exercises. |
|Update/reconcile stores stock cards |
|Update stores database. |
|Loading/Offloading of initiated items |
|Issue way bills/delivery notes |
|Document all items in stock. |
| |
|Provide support to the Logistics Assistant: |
|Carry out regular/scheduled routine checks and services on project fleet and related |
|equipment with the drivers and mechanics. |
|Order and timely replenish vehicle spares/ consumables, tyres and lubricants |
|Provide fuel to project fleet i.e. Fuel provided on a weekly basis for vehicles, trucks,|
|generators, motorcycles and motor boat |
|Deploy fleet according to tasks at hand i.e. Fleet is provided according to tasks by |
|filling VROs and providing weekly plans |
|Monitor vehicle movements i.e. Log books filled by drivers indicating the |
|mileage/kilometres used |
|Develop accurate mechanisms for monitoring of fuel consumption i.e. preparing fuel |
|utilization reports – asset type/ID, date, issuing voucher, mileage/hours and total |
|number of litters issued out |
|Deploy trucks on repatriation activities within Moyo & Adjumani settlements i.e. Trucks |
|deployed according to the pickup list provided and or any emergency communication from |
|UNHCR |

|Programme management, coordination and support strengthened and optimized |
| |
|Provide support to the Procurement Clerk: |
|Prepare initiations for all projects |
|Post bids/tenders |
|Identify potential service providers |
|Procure initiated goods |
|Procure office stationary both printed and Assorted |
|Procure janitorial supplies |

|With support from the project officers and Area Manager: |
|Design, develop monitoring tools/supervision visits for water & sanitation, community |
|services and Roads & infrastructure projects |
|Conduct quarterly activity evaluations |
|Conduct monthly planning meetings |
|Develop monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans. |
|Implement according to developed plans |
|Compile reports |
|Conduct monthly Progress Management Team PMT meetings to review progress of |
|activities |
| |
|Provide support to the Accounts Assistant: |
|Verify initiations, LPOs, receipts and payment requests. |
|Prepare variance reports |
|Prepare bank reconciliations |
|Compile financial monitoring reports. |
| |
|Refugees repatriated in safety and dignity |
| |
|Provide support to the Repatriation Assistant: |
|Special assistance for especially vulnerable individuals EVIs provided i.e. identify |
|the vulnerable and provide transport, food, shelter, medical services and security |
|services. |
|Individual voluntary repatriation support provided i.e. mobilization, registration |
|exercise, collect repatriants from clusters and transport them to their destinations |
|Return packages provided i.e. Plastic jerry cans, plates and cups. |
|Computers and staff: |
|Service all office computers, printers and copiers |
|Conduct staff appraisal Administration department |
|Provide support to Human Resource in recruiting required personnel, staff welfare, |
|annual and sick leave |
|Maintain existing infrastructure |
|Provide office space/accommodation to staff |
|Acting as Area Manager in his absence |
|Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. |
