    Major areas of success

  • I managed to confirm more than employees’ at akiba bank because in the past there were poor data management and staff were complaining that even after probation they could not be confirmed.
  • I managed to introduce the process of police vetting in the bank, because fraud was the major problem facing the bank. And it helped a lot and people were afraid to conduct fraudulent activities hence they have already been vetted by the police.
  • I also managed to write a proposal for family day and conduct it something that did not happen at Akiba.
  • At the moment I am doing the salary survey for our staff in order to improve the payments and the benefit scheme for the bank.
  • My experience also on the issues of Labour case management has gone up, because of my involvement in chandelling cases from Mediation, Arbitration and up to Adjudication.
  • Managed to conduct the employee’s satisfaction survey for the bank.
