Firstly, knowing the customer – this is extremely important because in order to believe in what you are selling or distributing one must truly aspire to know their customer, and of course colleagues. Secondly listening to the customer – I had to fathom what the customer was saying at all times in order to genuinely satisfy them. Finally, knowing the product and connecting the customers need to our product. I truly believe that to work for any company one must not only connect to the product or job at hand, but also be able to promote its positive qualities.
