  • Schlumberger account:
  • Appointed Project Manager for this, our largest client worth just over million Euros, in Sep . There was a previous lack of project management due to several account manager & other internal successive changes so my task was to review the endtoend processes, make recommendations for improvements and implement quickly & efficiently. As a result we have successfully fielded off a potential RFP for the workshop which we provide over times a year globally by a team of faculty, also based around the globe.

  • Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide account:
  • Appointed Project Manager for this client in June , having already achieved a major turn around in client dissatisfaction to a highly satisfied customer for this multiprogramme, globally delivered project. This was done by working on building a true collaborative partnership built on mutual trust. Thus helping to grow the business from , Euros in to just over , Euros in by expanding from a portfolio of programmes to in that time. In addition to this existing portfolio there is now another project underway worth a potential minimum of , Euros in .

  • Webbased centralised Project Management tool:
  • Designed and developed with the IT department a webbased, semiautomated project management tool to track progress of all projects, including a risk alert system and taking into consideration input from the coordination team. This has helped increase efficacy of the team by giving them a clearer process to follow and also gives the Director Operations clearer visibility to allocate workload fairly and more in line with people’s skills and interests. It has also helped to identify process bottlenecks or consistent issues to be resolved.
