Creating a company from A to Z in a country where bureaucracy is the way of living.
As a foreign company with foreigners as owners and on field sales, this point should be dealt with utmost

learned some of their export procedures laws and regulations.
I was conducting personally the market visits and discuss with customers or potential ones to make sure
that the feedback from my sales and marketing team was correct % otherwise we would hit the wall. In
this area, I was in charge of the big accounts and I was following them for all their sales and support
Meanwhile, I was making an extensive training for sales to bolster their abilities. I was coaching them since
