kind of problems in Desktops, laptops and IP Phones

I am doing focus on prevention for any issues to be happen, it could be a VC equipment failure,
IP phone problem, any Desktop stops working or any Laptop OS got crashed in terms of OS. I
use to inspect for every technology occupied rooms For LAN ports issues. I also do reimaging of
OS on laptops and desktops as well. I also prepares inventory of all assets and managing them
to by updating time to time. I use to work on Google Ticket based system to update or work on.

I was working with Bizsense Ltd an IT Infrastructure company in Noida. I was working here as a
Desktop support Engineer on Level . I has joined on contract basis in Aug. and visited
many clients of this company. My major role was to provide support to the engineers who are
working on Level . I also used to manage a team of engineers and responsible for Shift
management, checklist, IT Downtime, and monthly reports for analysis.
