  • The NASDAQ Stock Market: ERP Financials Project Manager: Extremely challenging project from start to finish, executed in four phases. Multiple show stoppers during Fitgap analysis were handled with great skills in technology and understanding of the business processes. Very low level transactions of order, cancel, reorder of multiple products and multiple business entities in one invoice, resulted in having to summarize hundreds of millions transactions into an invoice and figuring the sales/use tax was a huge challenge.   Deadlines were dictated by electronic stock trading system going live and it added more severe constraints to the already struggling project. In spite all the four phases went live as per schedule. Set up the technical infrastructure, designed and developed about nine different types of invoices and sales reports using PeopleSoft Financials modules, Oracle i on Solaris and .Net front end.
  • GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Horsham, PA: was hired to solve major technical and functional problems in the entire technical architecture which was impacting the critical weekly payroll process. Within a short time, overcame all the problems and designed and delivered more enhanced solutions for data migration from other systems. Played key role in the team that did the upgrade to PeopleSoft . Human Capital Management with JEE Internet Architecture. HCM payroll, payroll interface, admin workforce, base benefits, time and labor, open enrollment, training and erecruitment. Also helped the Financials upgrade team during weekends and evenings. My single position was replaced by two resources when I was ready to leave and I trained both of them well into the processes and operations. Managed a development project for Web based paystubs based on PeopleSoft HCM database using PeopleTools JAVA JEE. 
  • GMAC Commercial Mortgage: Integrated the PeopleSoft HCM data and functionality of four companies due to mergers and acquisitions and converted data and got the employees into the payroll and benefits system.

The whole technical infrastructure was built from scratch and completed in a record time of months before the development could start. In the testing phase, AutoTester was used for large scale testing and simulating several hundreds of users.

    – Set up the PeopleSoft ERP Labs for KPMG to host two installs, one for financials supply chain and another for Human Capital Management of PeopleSoft with HPUX UNIX Oracle database Windows client.
