Projects:
Loyalty Portals several implementation of the loyalty point redemption software application
Globe. The application utilized a number of redemption channels travel, merchandise, financial
products and was successfully deployed for a number of Clients TD, Citizen Bank, BMO, Bank of
America. The final software product efficiently uses one unified backend and utilizes Client
specific frontends to maintain the integrity of the brands and increase Customer loyalty.
Call Centre Application transition of existing desktop application to a new backend platform .Net
in order to improve efficiency and reduce the average oncall time. The transition involved
extensive usability research, prototyping of the future solution, use of Agile Software Development
methodology and implementing of advanced frontend approaches.
Enhancement Services Application – an internal application that replaced a number of outdated
software tools that were used to market and sell specific products to Customers as well as handle
the billing and accounting part of the process. The application development involved extensive
business analysis and information architecture work use cases and scenarios, information

approaches flexible and reskinnable frontend, skin application on the control level.

third party software Community Server to create a social networking portal for WestJet travel
agents. The project involved usability research and focus group studies to evaluate the approach,
as well as Information Architecture work and extensive wireframing and prototyping of the future
