    Project details: ENTIRE R/ HR implementation, which included modules like PA, OM, Recruitment, Training & Event Management, Personnel Development including PMS, Time & Payroll. 

    Responsibilities:

  • Project Lead consultant of a fourmember team two functional and two ABAP consultants.
  • Consulted on and implemented SAP HR Modules, end to end PA, OM, REC, TEM, PD
  • Reengineered existing HR processes after requirements gathering and mapped them to SAP best practices.
  • Prepared Business Blueprint document detailing the ToBe processes

    Project details: PwC implemented entire SAP HR R/ and ESS/MSS in Greaves Cotton.  My assignment was in the phase of Post implementation support of HR modules PA, OM, Appraisals and Training & Event Management.

  • Post Golive support by issue resolution of end users in various functionalities and process cycles of HR.
  • Core user trainings and hand over process.
  • Performed configuration changes as per requirement and transported them in production

    Project details: AT&T has acquired several Telecom companies in the recent past. This project was for the merger and conversion of Legacy PeopleSoft HR system of the merging organizations to the existing AT&T SAP HR system. It also included maintenance & support of the entire SAP HR suite. 

    Onsite Role & Responsibilities: Requirement Lead – HR modules, Payroll Onsite St Louis, USA months

  • Interacted with HR/Labor representatives of the merging organizations to understand their HR processes
  • Conducted Gap Analysis by mapping the processes of ‘merging organizations' to ATT processes
  • Prepared business and technical requirement document for the deviations or additions.
