                        EMC², Adobe, Microsoft, etc.. Responsibility to explore and implement new

                        business opportunities for Xerox Global Services in the Document   
                        Management Services space.

            Directly involved in a number of major projects with customers like: Province

            of Antwerp, SKF, AXA, Fortis, Mobistar, etc. 

Managing a team of Bid Managers, responsible for large and complex  solution proposals. 

– :  EMEA Business Development Manager for HP’s Telco segment 

            Responsible for identification, qualification, engagement and closing of large 
                        international projects in HP’s Telco Vertical, in close cooperation with 
                        country sales teams. Specific focus on IT Consolidation and Infrastructure  
                        projects. I was directly or indirectly involved in the closing of +/ M$ of  
                        business; important wins with TDC Denmark, Vodaphone, Deutsche Telekom,  
                       France Telecom, etc. 

                        Initiated and developed the “Storage on Demand” program; sold a.o. to KPN  
                        and Atos Origin.

  :  Enterprise Marketing & Alliances Manager HP Belux.

                        Strategic Development Manager HP Belux.    

            Managed a team of marketing program managers with the aim to

            position HP’s value proposition in the Enterprise market around

            the corporate strategy of  “The Adaptive Enterprise”. Also implemented

            the concept of Customer Oriented Marketing, based on closed loop marketing,

                        CRM Siebel, Total Customer Experience and market segmentation and 
                        prioritization concepts.

Managed a team of seven Alliance Managers for the relationships with HP’s business partners Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, CGEY, PWC, Accenture, etc. 

– :   Manager Solution Sales & Alliances HP Belux


                       Developed and implemented a business plan for the initiative of total solution  
                      selling, including design of sales processes, compensation rules, gotomarket  
                        plan, financial plan etc.

            Managed a team of eight people, with a mixed responsibility: business

                development for HP’s total solution offering in large, complex projects and

                        alliance management for the relationships with HP’s main business partners

                        Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, CGEY, PWC, Accenture, etc. 

            Closed a number of major projects, a.o. the Application Outsourcing

            agreement with PWC and the implementation of the Federal Portal of the

            Belgian government, in close cooperation with Accenture.

                        HP Financial Services 

            Developed and implemented an international framework for Financial

            Services with international and global accounts: organization, sales processes,  
                        compensation rules, engagement rules, profitability model.


                        Led the EMEA HPFS sales force optimization project, based on  
                        organizational changes, sales process efficiency, training curricula, sales  
                        support tools, etc.

            Developed and coordinated the roll out of new financing programs in EMEA, 
                        e.g. utility finance pay per use model.

                        Represented and promoted HPFS in HP’s European management staff. 


– :  HP Financial Services Sales Manager for Enterprise Accounts in

            Northern Europe and UK 

Managed a virtual team of account managers based in seven countries, targeting  the top accounts in each country. Generated new business of close to  M$, on a yearly basis. 

Overachieved on both revenue and margin targets. 

:   HP Financial Services Manager Benelux: General Management of the

            Technology Finance Business Unit in Benelux  

            Integrated the Belux and Netherlands teams into one organization.

            Managed a team of people, based in Brussels and Amsterdam

            Management of the Technology Finance Business Unit in Belux

            Signed a number of major breakthrough deals, e.g. the worldwide finance

                        agreement with DHL, the PriceWaterhouseCoopers contract, the EDS contract,

            the ColorNet project with DuPont, etc.

            including business development responsibility for the Finance & Services
