Through my experience as a Computer Instructor, I have trained approximately four to five thousand students in topics including Basic Computer Instruction with Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, Microsoft Word /, PowerPoint , Excel , digital photo editing in Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, and upgrading PCs physical disassembly and upgrading. 

Through my professional experience with several firms, I have demonstrated competence and proficiency in interpersonal relations and customer service. Through my professional experience as a protective services worker, I have routinely enforced the laws of the State of Florida and client rules with professionalism, tact, sound judgment, and compassion.  

I have been a Linux Systems Administrator since , managing multiple servers, both locally onsite and remotely located in data centers across the country for both employers and clients. 

I have designed, coded, performed troubleshooting for, and deployed many websites for employers and clients, as well as for my own needs. I code websites to industry standards, using XHTML and CSS . for layouts. I am proficient with and routinely use the Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, LiveCycle, and Fireworks to support rich content in websites and print media.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the administration of the Computers@Sea enrichment program aboard a Princess vessel MV Diamond Princess, MV Sapphire Princess while living aboard as a guest lecturer. I worked with ship’s cruise director as a department manager, developing course schedule and offerings dependent on passenger trends and marketing data. I was responsible for teaching classes per day, for one to three days per voyage, when the vessel was at sea. Classes ranged from basic photo editing to PC repair and upgrading. Also responsible for giving lectures on computer security, photo editing, and PC repair and upgrading to passengers as part of the ship’s enrichment program, with attendance usually per lecture. Worked individually or in small groups with passengers and crew to troubleshoot and repair PC errors, install or upgrade operating systems, and provide computer support services. I generated revenue and field reports, transmitting to Princess Corporate and Contracting Agency at end of each voyage. Worked with ship’s purser department to bill passengers for services rendered.
