As a member of technical support, I offer bilingual technical assistance to customers pertaining to
their network setup and installation. I also troubleshoot VOIP services that range from
connectivity issues as well as configuration issues of the VOIP telephone adapter and all devices
in the network set up, which includes accessing SIP server information. This role requires the skill
of toggling between several applications while effectively receiving information from the
customer and executing the necessary troubleshooting steps in order to reconnect the customers
telephone adapter to the servers. Also applications such as XML, Debug and a citrix based
application amongst several others are used daily in this position. I also satisfy Key Performance
Indication goals in this position which are monitored on a per call basis. Billing and customer
care are other roles that I satisfy as well.[pic]

My position with this company consisted of auditing and determining and correcting shipping
information errors in both an AS and Citrix based systems. I was also actively ensuring that
proper training has been rendered to new employees in the department. While doing so I also
assisted in ensuring completing scheduled maintenance and diagnostics to equipment used in the
shipping and receiving departments for various locations. This position required a great deal of
organization and the ability to multitask in order to effectively complete orders before scheduled
dates as well as retrieving accurate information to relay to my operations manager.

The data entry clerk position entailed of my completion of entering patients’ medical information
into various medical data bases. My position also required constant communication with patients’
insurance companies and the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced and deadline driven
environment. In this position my ability to enter and verify alphanumeric data from a variety of
sources, including paperbased, electronic and phone, into a computer database was imperative.
