Derek worked for Schwan&;s Contact Services as a customer service representative for inbound and outbound customers for just over two years. He provided both customer service and upsold various products to customers that contacted the center for various frozen food items.
Derek had a tremendous attitude and work ethic. He always demonstrated a strong willingness to accept whatever challenges he encountered. His extensive knowledge of the organization, and its products, made him a strong asset to every team he worked with.
