This position is an
R&D technical position and requires me to test Window Vents and
Glazing systems for Airflow Performance, Water resistance and Noise
Prevention. D & D CAD and word processing are required. I was
involved in new product development and also innovation of existing
products and product lines. This role gave me independence to setup
projects, investigate existing products and run tests the results
were used to develop future products.

I have been a project
leader on various projects since being in my team in Citi. The major
projects that I am currently working on is RCSA and Patching. These
require me to interact with other colleagues in and outside of my team
and to influence people positively to reach deadlines. I have to collaborate
and act with urgency, courage and conviction.
As a hockey captain
and coach I am required to communicate, motivate and inspire. I feel
confident in speaking to small and large groups of people and had to
give presentations frequently whilst studying and in the workplace.
I work effectively
as part of a team in my current role, it involves liaising with other
people from various cultures, countries and backgrounds and maintaining
a good team spirit through all the work we do.
I have showed leadership
qualities by captaining my local hockey club XI team for two years,
and coaching for years. I feel confident in leading and have done
some internal leadership courses in my current role.
On a daily basis I
have to organise my time and prioritise work to ensure that I make deadlines.
I use outlook and Microsoft project to help me achieve this.
In my spare time I
enjoy playing sports such as hockey, rugby and athletics, I keep fit
by going to the gym, cycling and occasionally play golf and cricket.
I enjoy coaching and umpiring hockey, having level two coaching award
and level umpiring. I also enjoy the arts and was a member of the
school choir and operetta whilst attending high school. I also have
been to Romania with School Aid Romania, a cross community charitable
