Paltel group is made up of five customerfacing businesses: Paltel telecommunications which provides voice, Data and fixed line services to customers, Paltel Cellular communications provider of mobile services to customers, Hadara which is technology and internet service provider, Palmedia which is a provider of multimedia service provider, Hulul an integrated IT solutions company. Responsibilities 

  • Spearheaded three department sections Billing, Service desk ,Systems, Network and Applications
  • Understand customer requirements/projects and provide support towards configuration of products to suit their needs
  • Maintaining appropriate service levels , availability and management of client expectations
  • Management of preventative maintenance and system upgrades
  • Receive st ,nd and rd level incoming calls, emails, and/or work orders support tickets as required regarding desktop, laptop, applications, hardware, software ,printer or network problems
  • Ensure timely closure of Help desk tickets and maintain the SLA
  • Oversee the implementation and upgrade of the IT infrastructure and services to provide for efficient and reliable communications and data sharing between all sites
  • Set objectives and conduct performance reviews of subordinates and hire or contract for the skills and services needed to support IT mission
  • Built and mentored cohesive, qualified teams committed to meeting deadlines and schedules
  • Manage technology inventory including procurement, disposal of systems, hardware and software, monitors, keyboards, hard drives, printers, faxes, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment
  • Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for endusers, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed
