|At the fore mentioned company I was in charge of the Customer Support department. My |
|entire activity was handled in English for our customers abroad mainly the US and |
|Canada. |
|My first responsibility was to maintain a good relationship with all customers dealers|
|and endusers of Panasonic products, providing fast and reliable support instant or |
|escalation via phone, email and remote web access mainly via Webex, LogMeIn and in |
|rare instances, via VPN. |

|suited for customer environment, handling feature requests. |
