  • Management & lifecycle governance of all operational procedures, incl. practical implementation and coaching of the regarding staff
  • Relationship managements towards third parties : suppliers, logistics, sub contractors
  • Managing and controlling main suppliers : conditions, execution delays, invoicing, POS reporting
  • Billing management towards customers
  • Managing the warehouse : lifecycle management of all products, RMA procedures, price protections, stock rotations, rebates/backrebates, FIFO
  • Processing workflow of customer orders : conditions, execution delays
  • Implementing and managing customer credit checks in collaboration with the Finance Manager, evaluating on a regular basis with the Finance Manager, coaching of purchase officers
  • Controlling gross and sales margin in collaboration with the Finance Manager, taking action toward the Sales Manager in case of incorrect margins
  • Provisioning and controlling budgets in collaboration with the Finance Manager
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with the closing of the monthly, quarterly and year results
  • Assisting the Finance Manager in corporate audits
