          As an Account Manager for BPI from IBM’s side BPI is the second biggest Bank Entity that operates in Portugal I was set to manage the agreed SLAs and KPIs on the IT Security contracts between the bank and IBM, agreeing financial and technological goals and performance expectations with the customer and managing the relationship between both parties.
