|Job Responsibilities: |
* Under my direct control six junior accountants are in finance department.
* Junior Accountants are maintaining project and branch accounts. Since we have
branches of Plastic Factory HDP & Polystyrene Box, Hallow Block Factory,
Concrete Mixing Plant, AlJouf Plaza for rent, Three Crusher Plant and Workshop for
repairing of all Vehicles.
* I am handling accounts of Million valuable project of Residential City of King
Abdul Aziz Hospital, Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. .
* I am authorizing to fund transfer to suppliers against bills.
* Monthly maintain BRS with bank statements.
* I am visiting branches and physically check the cash balance as on date.
* Once in three months, final accounts are generate from system and given to Finance
Manager and Vice President.
* Generate weekly report to Finance Manager about dues from customers, cash balance
in hand and in bank and outstanding to suppliers.
* Effective Cash Flow Management.
* Monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual cost and revenues related to
production, marketing and capital.
* Coordinating the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, Bills
Discounting and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and other financial
institutions.
* Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports for internal
usage.
* Getting control accounts reconciled and sorting out the discrepancies.
* Arrange and coordinate meeting with consultant and subcontractors.
* I have to procure fittings of Electrical & Mechanical, Ceramic Tiles and Sanitary
materials in the value of SAR million for our company project in Ministry of Interior
and Ministry of Health.
* Scrutiny of Insurance Advisors Recruitment Kit.
* Scrutiny the Policy Proposal Forms given by sales force and advisors
* Underwriting the Policy applications as per IRDA norms
* Arrange to issue the policy document at earlier to the policy holder.
* Explain the new events of existing insurance plans to sales managers
* Issuance of policy proposal forms logged at branch.
* Explain the features and conditions of our insurance products to walk in customers.
* Preparation of various reports like NB tracker, Policy renewal
Tracker, Discrepancy tracker, CFR tracker, RCRM tracker, Cheque Bounce tracker etc
in MsExcel & Word.
* Delivered excellent customer service and managed daily activities of PIS Cash and
Imprest cash.
* Preparation of RBI reports for Foreign Exchange regulator.
* Interacted with a wide variety of marketing personalities to promote the Sales volume.
* Interacted with clients and utilized excellent organizational skills
* Arrange and coordinate contract meetings for foreign currency business.
* Timely submit of invoices and process for payments.
* Handled expense reports with account summaries.
* Entrusted to process confidential employee records such as salary
* Changes, vacation/absenteeism reports, and performance appraisals.
