In charge of all back of house employees, training, checking dates, temperature and quality
control, inform all management of any problems or concerns, maintaining a
clean and sanitary kitchen, know all recipes and prepping procedures. Inform all employees of any
changes in restaurant procedure.
Load truck up every morning with material and drive to the jobsites. Unload all necessary tools. Set
string lines, grade sticks, forms, and stakes. Grade all types of terrain to four inch standard depth with
types of aggregate. Knowledge in slope, slump, and any admixtures that were included. Floating, bull
floating, edging, stamping, brooming, screeding, compaction, acid staining, as well as: lots of digging,
wheel barrowing, and heavy lifting.
Big Boy Restaurant
Job duties included; front and back of house staffing, inventory, orders, training new
employees, hiring and firing, maintaining clean and sanitary restaurant. Following all
franchise guidelines for; quality control, food prep, and cleanliness.
On franchise president’s list three years in a row.
K&R Concrete INC.
Set up all trucks with necessary equipment and product for the day. Set string lines,
forms, and stakes. Know how to get proper pitch for drainage. Grade, compact, place
concrete, edge, float, screed, rake, broom, stamp and finish concrete. Also have an
understanding in acid stain and overlays.

Construction and Business Management
I enjoy working with my hands, working on cars and small motors, cooking, working out and
staying active, landscaping, construction, drywall, concrete flatwork, and spending time with
my wife and son. I also look forward to continuing my education as soon as possible.
