  • Determines the requirements for those individuals who will work to hold and to meet the organization’s mission, vision and values, and works to bring such individuals to the areas where needed.
  • Acting with the belief that each member of the Management team must also function as a HR Manager and to promote this concept within the company, communicates information about HR activities and ongoing work with all managers.

  • Prepares job descriptions for every job included within the Performance Management System.

  • Prepare policies and procedures to ensure that employees are made aware of the company’s practices and processes.
  • Provide guidance and clarification on all HR issues especially Policies and Procedures to employees further to management instructions.

  • Determines the requirements for inand outhouse training that will accelerate the employee’s technical and personal development and actualizes these training programs.

  • Prepare advertisement notices for job hiring and coordinate with newspapers and bulletin boards, universities / syndicates.

  • Follow up and inform management of any personnel related requests of: salary increment, vacation leave, extended sick leave, maternity leave, advance on salaries, recommendation letters, certificate of salaries etc.

  • Keep confidential logs/records of all staff salaries, scales, bonus, salary cycle and leaves.

  • Produce historical database of staff – salary graph, leaves, and benefit logs.

  • Ensure all staff has a full and completed personnel file, with all the relevant information and documentation.

  • Prepares payrolls and manages insurance procedures.

  • Prepares various statistical information reports relative to employees.

  • Investigate, resolve and respond objectively and empathetically to all complaints or grievances filed.
