I am employed as the Regional Business Manager for entire Eastern Region and Bangladesh in export.
My Basic Job Responsibilities are as follows:
• To establish McCoy Soudal as the No. Sealants, Adhesives & Foams Brand within my territory
Region & Export Markets.
• To achieve Sales against Target for our Region and Export Markets, within committed period.
• To establish a strong network of Distributors, Dealers and Customers, which will ensure a long,
sustainable business, base in my territory for my organization.
• To regularly update our knowledge about competitors activities in my territory and formulate
appropriate strategies and action plans to restrict their growth and influx into our market share.
• To continuously work towards developing a “Team Oriented Approach” in our daytoday activities
to build a cohesive unit, thus establishing “Team McCoy Soudal” as a force to reckon with in the
market. This will further increase confidence of our Hubs, Dealers and Customers on us.
• To have complete knowledge about our Marketing Functions, Logistical, Financial & Administrative

• I joined on rd of September as Deputy Manager – Sales & Corporate Development at
Kolkata Branch, reporting to Mr. Siddhartha Chaudhury, Senior Regional Manager.
• At the time of joining I was responsible for business development in Kolkata Part, West Bengal
Part, Bihar, Jharkhand and Bangladesh.
• In August , I was entrusted with additional responsibilities to develop our business in Export
Market of Sri Lanka and to initiate operation in Bhutan.
• October onwards, in addition to my responsibilities, I was entrusted to develop the Retail
Business for the entire East following division of our Region Sales Operations into distinct
categories of Retail and Project.
• In December , I was entrusted with full charge as Regional Head for Eastern Region
business, along with charge of Export Markets of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Bhutan.
• Currently I am functioning as Regional Head – East and Export Manager for Bangladesh and
Bhutan. I have handed over charge for Sri Lanka to Sothern Region to increase more focus on
Eastern Region business development which needs to be geared up at a fast pace.
At present, we have developed a monthly business base of INR Lacs in Eastern India and INR Lacs

• Business Development of FEVICOL – Adhesive and Paint Products at Institutions, Interior

Unorganized Furniture Manufacturers.
• I am based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and responsible for Business Development in Uttar Pradesh
Eastern & Central Parts, Uttarakhand, Bihar and Nepal.
• Current Annual Business Value Base of my territory is INR Crore approximately.
• Promotion of our product range to Architects and getting our products specified in Projects.
Ensuring actual usage of our products by Contractors involved in targeted projects.

Centre Sales Incharge responsible for business development in Unorganized Furniture
Manufacturers segment.
Prior to I was based in Dubai, UAE from May to August .
