    Womack Army Hospital Replacement built in late ’s – A US Army Corp of Engineers project with seven phases of design and comment over a five year period.  As a Project Engineer at the SmithGroup, I worked the design, selection, lay out and specifications for the HVAC systems.  Used DOE and Trane software to model the building for to test various HVAC systems and to project energy consumption.  

    Henry Ford Hospital – Designed, selected and produced drawings for a new HVAC system to retrofit an existing third floor  patient wing into an “isolated, controlled area” for those recovering from Bone Marrow Transplant surgery.  

    Detroit Athletic Club   Served as Project Engineer and Superintendent on four phases of renovations worth $M to this Albert Kahn Historic Building.  Phase One was recognized by the Engineer Society of Detroit for its historic renovation.  Projects were completed in stages from through . 

    Central Offload Facility – Superintendent for the $M DesignBuild project at the Detroit Wastewater Treatment Plant.  A two year demolition, foundation and ground up project to create new facility to offload “sluge” for disposal. 

    Continential Tire NA Headquarters $M DesignBuild , SQFT office building project in Lancaster County, SC completed in March, . 

    “The Cobra” Roller Coaster   $M Structural Foundation and Ride Platform for the boomerang style coaster at Carowinds.  Completed in March, . 

    “The Intimidator” Roller Coaster – The tallest, longest and fastest roller coaster in the southeast, only at Carowinds.  $M project to install the cassions foundations for the ride, the site work, entrance plaza and gift shop.  Completed in March, .
