proposition was then developed for the client to take its customers. The proposition included modeled
situations of the required changes in the customers’ stores, and the financial impact it would have on
their overall business. As a result of this, the clients and their customers’ businesses grew by more than
% compared to their competitive peers.
For a major Japanese consumer goods company, for eight of its operating companies across Asia, through
the design and execution of an organization assessment approach was able to identify opportunities to
prioritize and streamline business and people processes. The organization’s commercial and people
process were subsequently optimized through the design and development of a planning tool, which
according to the client, “has step changed” the way they do their commercial people planning and given
them a significant global competitive advantage.
For a major convenience store chain in Thailand, by analyzing their existing data for a slow moving
category, identified opportunities to optimize their instore range by reducing the number of SKUs stocked
by up to %, and at the same time, increase the market coverage of their range by up to %.
